This past week our friend from SC stayed with us a few nights in between taking his kids to Disney. One of his kids is a 16 year old girl who decided she needed lose 1/2 a pound (yes, my eyes popped out of my head). Normally, I would tell her she doesn’t need to worry about dieting and to relish in her youth. But, the circumstances afforded a different reaction.
Long story short – her dad (Tony’s friend) recently lost a good amount of weight (high-fives) the healthy way. He started working out with my husband on their lunch breaks and eating better. Naturally, his daughter is very supportive and helps her dad maintain the workouts and healthy eating. So, when she presented her plan – a 21 day challenge – I was all for it!
She decided that we would do the challenge as a team of 4 – herself, her dad, Tony and I. We each had to include an “add-on” to the list. For example: no coffee, no wine, more water, more greens, and so forth. If we cheat, we have to pay each person $7, totaling a $21 payout!
I am pretty excited about the challenge and I can’t wait to start tomorrow!

NO FAST FOOD
NO ICE CREAM
I kind of feel like I am already cheating since I currently don’t consume half the list! The only real challenge on this list will be chips. I love chips!
